Using FateDrop.

This page explains the current beta service. Public paid launch remains on hold while final UK consumer Terms are reviewed. It does not replace an existing purchase agreement or reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Who provides the service

Accounts and beta access

Accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Keep credentials secure, use your own account and report suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person or use automation to abuse the service.

The mobile beta requires an approved FateDrop ID. Installing through TestFlight or having a membership does not bypass approval. An account or adult declaration does not independently verify age. Beta functionality and service coverage can change; available features must be described accurately.

Collecting together

An adult manages Family nicknames, personal Chases, companions, activities, binder contributions and text memories on this device. Profiles have no independent login or invitation. Use nicknames and avoid unnecessary identifying or sensitive details about children.

Local Family has no FateDrop cloud sync or cloud backup. Sign-out retains local memories; app removal, data deletion, device loss or replacement can lose them. Removing a profile does not automatically remove its nickname from previously kept moments. Remove individual moments or the whole local space separately where needed.

Cloud Family/Friends sharing, chat, shared photos, invitations, Binder Nights and trader-network contact are paused and outside the current beta offer. Existing shared records remain subject to privacy, rights and retention handling.

Stock, prices and independent retailers

FateDrop provides collecting tools and observed information. A stock signal is not a reservation or a guarantee that stock will remain when you buy or arrive. A directory result does not establish branch stock. Check availability, the final price, postage and retailer terms before purchasing.

Card-value estimates depend on exact identity, finish, language, condition and available evidence. They are not a guaranteed sale price or investment return. Companions do not change a signal's evidence.

Independent retailers handle their own checkout, fulfilment and returns. FateDrop remains responsible for its own service. FateDrop is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the referenced publishers, manufacturers or retailers.

FateDrop provides prices, collection valuations and market data for informational purposes only and does not provide financial or investment advice. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Membership, cancellation and refunds

A purchase offer must state actual features, total price, billing period, trial/introductory terms, renewal and cancellation information. This page sets no new price or trial and does not activate public paid subscriptions.

Manage Apple/Google purchases through the store used to buy them, and any existing web purchase through its billing route. Use that provider's cancellation/refund process; contact FateDrop if a charge, purchase restoration or the route is unclear. Deleting the app, account or local memories does not cancel billing.

Statutory cancellation, refund and faulty-service rights continue to apply. No blanket no-refund rule or exclusion of non-excludable liability is introduced here.

Support, privacy and removal

Use FateDrop support for help and complaints. The privacy notice explains account data, local memories, alerts and historical sharing. You can request account or data deletion without reinstalling.
